Remaining happy in these times of uncertainty

Have you ever been to a therapist and wondered why you didn’t really feel better? Or you felt better but it didn’t last? Or perhaps you actually felt worse because the therapist somehow cracked open some painful doors and now the pain seemed bigger? Happiness comes from a peaceful mind. And in order to have a peaceful mind, you need to be aware of your mind. You need to be aware of what you are thinking. I have found that not all psychotherapeutic techniques make sure to anchor you in the positive thoughts. Or even if they do, they aren’t working with your energy field, the blueprint from which all thought is derived. So in my shamanic counseling, I’m listening/seeing your energy field and feeding my experience back to you. I’m listening to your mind, your body, your being. Together, we improve what you are appearing in your mind, and therefore appearing in your life. It is a grand mindfulness training that heals you palpably as we go. Outer events become mindfulness training opportunities. We change how you respond. We work outside of time and space, clearing your programming from whatever aspect of your existence arises to be healed. It’s deep yet fun, light yet profound.
